I will discuss some applications of Harmonic Analysis to the study of the
Navier-Stokes equations. Spaces of distributions other than the classical
Sobolev and Holder spaces appear rather naturally when describing
oscillations, scaling, and regularity of solutions. In particular, these
spaces admit a "wavelet" decomposition.
