I will report on the development of the hp adaptive
Finite Element Method for steady-state Maxwell's equations in both
interior and exterior domains. I will focus on the following
theoretical and implementational issues:
* Interpolation error estimates for the hp discretizations,
* 3D infinite element for Maxwell's equations,
* hp mesh optimization.
