A new gradient recovery method (PPR) is proposed
and analyzed. The method is polynomial preserving under
arbitrary grids. Comparing with the Zienkiewicz-Zhu's patch
recovery (SPR), PPR has better super-convergence properties
and better performance on the boundary area.
